By road:
You need to get on to the A452 west of Coventry. The M6, M42, M45, M40, & M5 motorways will all get you into the right general area.
Head for the bit between Balsall Common to the north and the junction with the A4177 (above Kenilworth) to the south.
Ceasars is on the west side of the A452, in open country and fields not far outside the edge of Balsall Common. The entrance is a small and easily-missed track - there is a "Ceasars" sign there!
As you go down the track for the first time you'll probably wonder if you're really in the right place. You are. Keep going until the large car parking area appears ahead and to your left.

By rail:
Closest station is Berkswell, which is on the Birmingham New Street - Birmingham International - Coventry line. The only trains which stop there are the local all-stops services between Birmingham New Street and Coventry - on Sundays there is one such service an hour in each direction.
(Sometimes the Sunday rail services are suspended for engineering work - always check a suitable source of current railway information before travelling! The replacement bus service which operates in such circumstances usually also runs once per hour in each
direction, but takes longer than the train. It stops in the Berkswell station car park.)
To walk from Berkswell station to Ceasars takes 20 minutes or so at a brisk pace. Take the road which crosses the railway at the station. The from-Coventry / to-Birmingham
platform is on the right side of the line. NB this information comes from someone who's done it - but judging by the map it looks like a very very brisk walk for 20 mins!
You'll very soon come to a three-exit roundabout - go more-or-less straight across, and you'll be on Station Road, heading into Balsall Common. Stay on the road as it leads
through a shopping area until you come to another roundabout, which is the junction with Kenilworth Road. Turn left; follow Kenilworth Road. Ceasars is on the right, just as you run out of village.
