The Rope Bondage Peer Workshops are organised by the members of the Yahoo group UK_Rope.
They take place on the third Sunday of every third month, from 5pm to 9pm, near Coventry which is more or less in the middle of the UK.
TO ATTEND A WORKSHOP YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF CEASARS AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. YOU CAN JOIN AT THE DOOR, BUT YOU MUST HAVE ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION.

They are called Peer Workshops because there is no formal distinction between organisers and organised, teachers and taught, and so on. The Workshops happen on a basis of sharing and volunteering. The UK_Rope group exists mainly to provide a forum for those things to happen.
You never know quite who is going to turn up at a Workshop, but it's a safe bet that there will be some very experienced riggers willing to share their knowledge, some raw beginners wanting to find out what it's all about and pick up some tips, and every stage in between. And very shortly after 5pm, there will be people tying each other up and talking about what they're doing all over the place. And by 9pm, everyone will have a bit more knowledge and understanding and experience than they had the day before...
